It's a sad, sad in Discworld. Honesty is no more. For the first time in my practicum experience, I have died. Due to my lack of weapons and money to buy said weapons, I was attacked while traveling through the Black Forest. It didn't say what killed me, but like I talked about in my presentation, a lot of this game is up to your imagination. The explanation for how I died was pretty subpar as well. I was running through the forest, and the game said "danger."
Then it said "Honesty has died."
Good news though! I don't have to start completely over. I get to pick up right at the end of Pumpkin World, which was a pretty World to travel through with no problem. Honestly, I'm sort of glad that I died, because I wanted to know what would happen. This is a learning experience. And making it about 12 hours without dying for your first time isn't bad at all. Actually, I'm quite proud of myself.
As for the other members of this virtual community, they have most definitely had my back in this travesty. When I told them, my main girl Gabriella told me good luck in the future, and if there's anything I want to ask her to avoid dying, to let her know. I like Gabriella; she's really nice. Others said the same sort of things, letting me know that they're there for any help I may need. It really makes me feel like I'm part of a community. Who knows...maybe I'm making a few friends along the way. I'll just have to get Chris Hansen to clear them before I invite them to my apartment for Mifflin.
Stay tuned and wish me luck!
