I am definitely not one to waste a lot of times with online games...I never got interested in them for the simple fact that I am easily distracted and I do not need another thing that will keep me from studying. This game did exactly what I always try to avoid...it got me hooked. At each new level, I kept wondering what new challenge I would encounter. And also at each new level, I would have to laugh at myself because despite the simplicity and awfulness of this game I was kind of enjoying myself.

Blog #5- Plants vs. Zombies
Haha, well that was interesting. I loved being able to think to myself that I was playing this game as part of my homework. To start out, it was fun being able to make my own zombatar (for some reason I decided that a pirate zombie looked the coolest!) After this I started to play the game. I did not really know what to expect at all, especially since the title of the game provides two completely contrasting elements. However, it was easy to understand that you don't want the zombies being able to get across your lawn and that you were to take the necessary measures to set up plants on your lawn to protect your house. As the game progressed, I started wondering how much strategy was needed in the placement of the plants, but I did not become too concerned about it because even when the zombies started to get close, I was able to quickly kill them by some sort of plant I was provided.
