Hi everyone,
My name is Alex Girard and I'm a Senior double majoring in Journalism and Comm Arts (Radio, TV, Film). I'm from Minneapolis, MN.
I write about video games and film for The Badger Herald. I'd like to do that after graduation as well, except for money.
I'm taking the class primarily because I'm interested in technology and internet culture, though with the increasingly digital world of journalism, a better understanding of the internet at large can't hurt with my writing.
I'm basically interested in the things I write about: video games and films. I also play guitar in my free time.
