INTRODUCTION

Well hey! My name's Brady Dane Hartung, and I'm a junior here at the world's finest university. I'm in the J-School, and I'm double tracking in both the reporting and strategic communication sides. It's no that impressive--only three extra classes. There's a lot of buzz in my major about everything going digital, so this class sounds perfect.

I hail from the Village of Hammond in Western Wisconsin. If you use the hand model of Wisconsin, it's your pinky knuckle. If you've never heard of it, I don't blame you; the population is 904 people. This means I like to do a lot of small town things: hunting, fishing, building igloos and having campfires in my backyard. However, I've come around in terms of technology. I tend to use the Internet for pure entertainment...sports, news and Block Breaker, the most addicting game ever. I'm a transfer here, after a short semester at Fresno State playing baseball was ended after I tore my rotator cuff. It hurt, but I love Wisconsin. I worked for ESPN last summer in Connecticut, which was always my dream job. So I'm not sure what to aim for now. Time will tell...
