hello!

Hello! My name is Charlie Greengoss, and I’m a senior majoring in Communication Arts. I’m from just north of Chicago, and have lived there since I was about five – at which time my family moved from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I want to end up working in Music PR/Marketing after I complete my bachelor’s degree this May, but like many, would gladly accept any kind of work that is loosely related. I’m beginning my third semester with The Majestic Theatre as a marketing/promo coordinator, so any free time I have usually goes towards that. In addition, I love to write, and have been playing the drums since high school.

I’m taking this class because, well, it sounded like something that I’d enjoy. I don’t have a whole lot of experience in the field of technology, though I’m interested in how it has woven itself into our collective societal identity this past decade. I look forward to this class, and hope to get a lot out of it!
