Here's a list of everything computerized I've dealt with thus far today...
- cellphone
- television
- dvd player
- ipod
- laptop
- projector
- elevator
- printer
- alarm clock
And if just electronics count because I'm sure they have some sort of computer-ish element, there'd be about 29813408234 more things. I don't think I'd bode to well without electricity...
It's weird when I think about just how much of the computerized stuff I use every day hasn't been around that long. Won't it be crazy if we can look back on these posts in another 20 years and see the difference in the computerized and maybe yet uninvented things we'll be using??
Couldn't agree with you more. I wasn't really sure if we were supposed to solely focus on Internet...or anything computerized device that we use. Doesn't it make you wonder what people would be writing about in like 1960? "Yeah, today I listened to the radio and watched one channel on television."
ReplyDeleteThis was a fun exercise, because it really opened my eyes how addicted I am to the Internet. I take it for granted 100 percent. When I'm not writing a paper or doing school work, it's almost a filler of time for me. I'm anxious, nervous and excited to see what the 2020 Comm. Arts 346 will be writing about....
